Confused-

The king is yourself?
Are you trying to say that blind people don't need to follow rules and authority because they can't see and therefore are exempt from reading laws?
Or does the crown help you to see?
Or does the drink help you to see?
Or does every blind person think that every person they meet is a king because they cannot see anyone, therefore you should pretend to be a king?
Or does being a king, meaning giving yourself self-esteem make you powerful?
Or does the one-eye represent a narrowed view of vision, or a perceptive view of vision?
Or does the crown just represent self confidence???
I've gone through so many possibilities to try and decipher your flash. I'm probably looking too much into it, but I can't grasp your concept by just watching the animation. Your comment doesn't make much sense either; literally and grammatically.
Nice use of the braille though, it was pretty cool.

peruketz responds:

It's not confused, just reflexive, like I said. And reflexion generates interpretations, and this you do very well. You think confused because not allowed yourself to interpret.

My english isn't so good, but, I hope you understand the point here.

Very short though

Brilliant... I guess. Amazing colour and animation, but the story... kinda vague.
Can I guess some kind of animal killed her, judging by the huge cuts in her body? How can you miss something as obvious as that??? (I guess love is blind but that's exaggerating). Although its a brilliant flash, the story leaves a lot of be desired, not clear plot line, and no real resolution (is he dead? Who did it???).
I did take the fact that it was a TOFA entry though- If you gave us the topic or focus of the animation it would be a lot more helpful when people try to interpret it.

Lazymodecomics responds:

Thanks, I'll edit the description now.

Lol

Nice animation, nice story... I will never forget my glasses on a date again!
Keep up the good work!

Ayai responds:

hahaha yeah. thanks man

Brilliant!

Never read/watched (or whatever) the Charlie Brown series, but from what I can tell you captured it perfectly. I don't know whether its better to read the extras then watch the movie, or to watch the movie and then read the extra's to fill in the blanks, but either way its a brilliant method of capturing both the animation and the comic factors of Charlie Brown. The story was no less, good execution, good pacing, and interesting overall. The voices were good, the art was flawless, and the music was very on the point and well-fitting to the mood. Great work to everyone involved, you guys deserve an award.

NEXTVIEW-Designs responds:

Glad non fanatics are able to enjoy this too, really appreciate the high praise, thanks.

Wow.

The file size is ridiculous for such a short movie. The fact that it was so short did not really allow the joke and suspense to build up so that it could work properly. The art was amazing and extremely detailed, but you need to work on the length and size too.

PapaLongLegs responds:

Size was due to it originally being a video file. Raster graphics cost more filesize than vector. The average youtube video is far beyond 22mb though so if you right click and press play it should stream fine.

Um... I sort of confused...

What the heck are you getting at?
Content: You start with mental health, then UK response compared to US response, and finally a simulation of a bombing at Long Beach. I'm confused... I thought this was a history lesson? You haven't done much on that subject, apart from talking about terrorist related subjects without making a point. Some of the illustrations are funny, but generally not. And where are you getting your information from? Unless you have a Ph.D in Terrorist Psychology or something I can't just take your word for this.
Graphics: Apart from the fact that you used a lot of random pictures, your drawing is generally terrible. Some of them were decent, like the beginning and the radiation poisoning parts, but overall, not.
Voice: Sounded too scripted rather than conversational, like it was supposed to be. The general music was okay though.
Overall, this animation wasn't very 'informative' as it was meant to be. The graphics were too bad and the topic wasn't well thought out. You need to rethink this, if you want to make it funny, then do so, if you want to be serious and informative, then do so. The in-between stance doesn't work well on a delicate subject like terrorism. Sorry 4 writing so much.

Flaxington responds:

I actually got my information from somewhere online. I realize that it wasn't as informative as it should be which is one of the things I didn't really like about it.

Nice!

The presentation of the computer was definitely may favorite part of the flash. Even though, because everything is silver its hard to establish the floor and walls and ceiling... also the music and sound effects made it hard to establish a sense of urgency when he's running away.
But overall, great animation. The drawings were flawless, and I loved the way the Virtual training machine constructs everything... The fighting was well timed and very accurate, no extra showing things or people getting punched through walls at random. I agree with djgo, a sequel is needed.

xtended12 responds:

Thanks :) I will definitely think about making a second part :D.

Not exactly the best work I've seen

But okay I guess, if you consider Actionscript and voices. Story and art... need to be worked on. Seriously.

Little-Rena responds:

Oh okay

BAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

The worst part is that it even passed the under judgment section...

LMNZ responds:

wooooooo!!!!!

Pretty lazy. Don't expect too much from me.
